We are using this section to dig a bit deeper into different aspects of the Six Book Challenge. This may be about the books that libraries are offering to organisations running the Challenge. Or it may be about ways that people are making the Challenge a success.
As a start we wanted to share the excitement of Emma Lowther, a learner from Darlington who completed the Challenge in 2008 and won the Costa prize draw of a trip to London. There's more about support for the Challenge from Costa and from bestselling author Mike Gayle who continues as patron. And we've given some background and useful links for the new Quick Reads titles published on World Book Day 5 March.
